Each Sno Trac weighs 3,400 pounds (1542 kilograms) unloaded. Loaded Sno Trac weighs 4900 pounds (2222 kilograms).
What are the dimensions of a Sno Trac?
The Sno Trac is 140 inches long (355.6 cm), 76 inches wide (193 cm), and 84 inches tall (213.4 cm). Track width is 18 inches (45.7 cm).
Is Sno Trac for recreational or commercial use?
Both. Sno Trac is used for everything from recreation and snowcat skiing to ranching, surveying, utility access, and search and rescue.

What is the top speed?
Sno Trac’s top speed is 14 mph (22.5 kph). Average speed is around 10-12 mph.
What is the fuel capacity and range?
Fuel capacity is 16 gallons (60.57 liters). Sno Trac can run for around 5 to 8 hours depending on loads and conditions. Pro tip: Carry extra fuel in 5-gallon cans on the side racks for longer trips.
How many passengers can Sno Trac carry?
Including the driver, Sno Trac can transport up to seven people. Four passengers total is recommended for maximum comfort.
Is the cab heated?
Yes — the cab is heated front to back for comfortable backcountry adventures.

Does a Sno Trac have any custom options?
Yes, in addition to the roof rack, there are other options including a winch package, ski racks, color etc.
Does the Sno Trac have a block heater?
Yes, every Sno Trac includes a block heater.
How much can the side rack rails hold?
Each rack is 10.5 inches wide (26.7 cm) by 6 feet long (182.9 cm). They’re ideal for duffels, skis, gas cans, fishing gear, and more — not for standing on.
How easy is it to drive?
Sno Trac uses a single joystick for speed, direction, turning, and braking, making it intuitive and user-friendly.
Can Sno Trac pull out a snowmobile?
Yes — when snowmobiles or other vehicles get stuck, Sno Trac has the power to recover them.
Operation
How much can Sno Trac tow?
Capacity varies by terrain and load, but Sno Trac is capable of towing small trailers, small trail grooming drag or stranded vehicles like snowmobiles.
How deep of snow can it travel in?
Sno Trac is designed to travel in any snow conditions, including deep powder.
How steep of a hill can it climb?
It can be operated on grades up to 30%. Always use common sense and situational awareness.
Can it be used outside snow?
Yes, on bare patches and shallow mud. The system is designed for colder conditions, so it isn’t suited to deep mud or high-heat environments.
How hard is it to get stuck?
It’s tough to get a Sno Trac stuck — but like all vehicles, it depends on conditions. Awareness and good judgment are key.
Who can operate a Sno Trac?
It’s simple to learn — no special license or advanced training required.
What size trailer is needed to move a Sno Trac?
At 3,400 lbs, Sno Trac can be trailered easily. Minimum trailer: 12 ft deck length, 6.5 ft width, 2-ton capacity.

How often does Sno Trac need maintenance?
Basic checks are required: oil, coolant, track tension, tire pressure, grease, and hydraulic fluid.
How can I get it serviced?
General maintenance can be handled by any competent operator. Repairs can be done by most tractor shops. The Kubota motor is well-supported and easy to service.
Is Sno Trac easy to repair?
Yes. It has no wear parts, uses standard components, and can be repaired with basic tools and locally available parts.
What’s the best way to store Sno Trac?
Ideally, in a warm, dry garage. If stored outdoors, keep snow brushed off and windshield de-icer handy.

Pricing starts at $95,000.
What is the lead time?
Production is limited. If none are available, the lead time is usually under one year.
Does it include a warranty?
Yes. Sno Trac offers a 3-year limited warranty on all proprietary parts. The Kubota engine includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing at this time.

Is Sno Trac sold outside of the US?
Sno Trac is sold direct from the manufacturer in North Idaho, USA and can be exported to other countries.
Do you provide training or manuals?
Sno Trac provides operational manuals with each machine. There are also various instructional videos available online and more coming out all the time.
